Who should pay for 1TB?

One terabyte is for buyers who expect a large digital library, share the console across several players or strongly prefer keeping games installed. It reduces routine storage management, but the benefit only matters when that convenience is worth the higher total spend. A buyer with a compact rotation can receive the same game compatibility from a smaller Express card.
